canadian psp go?

hey guys,I'm pretty sure I'm going to take the plunge and get a psp go, which in the uk is about ?10-250. Hmmm.
But I'm going over to canada next week were it's $250 which is about ?50. So seems a good deal, but will I still be able to download content from psn? And get full use from a canadian model?

The only issue will be charging it. Canadian electrical outlets are different from British ones. You'll need an adaptor.
