PSN downloads stop at 79%

I am trying to download FF7 for my psp but everytime I try to download directly from the psp the download wont go past 79%. I was downloading for 14 hours yesterday and it got to 79%. 12 hours later it is still there. I cant download from a usb because that is even slower and i always get an error code.PSN downloads stop at 79%
I downloaded it yesterday. It took about 3 hours but finished no problem. I use just a regular Wireless router and it worked fine.PSN downloads stop at 79%
The slow speeds are likely due to my internet service, but my download has stopped at exactly 79% 3 times now.
There's probably a data cap on your net service. Contact your provider and explain what you are trying to do and what happens. Generally with this sort of problem it's because your ISP is trying to ''police'' the amount of bandwidth consumed by their customers because you might be using it to illegally download films or other copywritten large-file interests.
ps3 and pc are always faster for me when i dl psp games off psn
