I would say Patapon...
I like them all in their own way, hard to compare the 3 though. My favourite would be LocoRoco, that game just screams awesomeness.
Not a big fan of Patapon (makes me feel like I need to check into a mental hospital), but Loco Roco and Half-minute Hero are both awesome %26 unique.

LocoRoco is best. Patapon second. I havent played Half-Minute Hero.
LocoRoco and Half-Minute Hero are pretty good. Patapon is lame; annoying rather than entertaining.
I like Patapon over the others. Patapon is visually nice and I personally love the rythm strategy gameplay. The others are unique in their own rights but I don't think they match Patapon.
