The easiest way is to fill out your credit card /debt card info. Sony will add the amount to your wallet then charge you that for games,movies, or whatever. The wallet is mostly for those who buy pre -paid cards but we all are stuck with the wallet.

A lot of retail stores do not stock prepaid cards, at least not here in Germany - they see them as an attempt by Sony to kill off retail and hog the distribution all to themselves.There are some websites where you can order prepaid cards online, pay with them by PayPal or other means and just receive the number by e-mail. I've heard a lot of them are using stolen or fake numbers, but I've found a couple that are OK. I'm not going to mention them in case anyone accuses me of spamming, but google around and read up on it.
