What's the best racing game on the PSP?

I want to pick up a racing game on the PSP and current have none, just want some recommendations on of the racers's that exist which one is best or hightly recommended.Thanks!What's the best racing game on the PSP?
Either Midnight Clubs are awesome! Both are open city, have tons of customization, great graphics, and most importantly the driving is fun (very hectic and adrenaline rushing at times). I love Burnout Legends, but there is no customization, but the driving is just plain fun (more so than midnight club imo), no open city either. Just depends what you're looking for, those are a few.What's the best racing game on the PSP?
Thats a good starting point, is it true about the horrid load times on Midnight Club though? Both sound good but would also like one that is pick up and go for short races.

Well MNC3 did initially have really bad loading times, it was released with shorter loading times (Greatest Hits version), and I heard if you download it, the loading times are even better. But if you're planning on buying the UMD, definitely get LA Remix, it is the newer one, I had it on UMD and the loading times were very short. Both are pick up and play for short races (plus there are a variety of types of races), but you can also sit down and enjoy a long session, they're just really fun games.
Burnout legends had me addicted for a while! :)
